At-Home Visit Policy
Visits are scheduled within a 30-mile radius of Winston-Salem. Please ensure a safe, quiet space is available for the examination to minimize pet anxiety.
Refunds & Cancellations
Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. Deposits for mobile visits are non-refundable but can be credited toward rescheduled appointments.
Data Security
Your pet's medical records and payment information are encrypted and stored securely following strict HIPAA-aligned protocols for veterinary care.
